ITAR / EAR Compliance Notice

Certain products sold by Umbra Industries LLC, including night vision, thermal, optical, laser, and related equipment or components, may be subject to U.S. export control laws and regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).

By purchasing from Umbra Industries LLC, you certify that you are a U.S. Person and that any controlled products purchased will be used, transferred, or resold only within the United States and only in compliance with all applicable U.S. laws and regulations.

The export, re-export, transfer, shipment, or disclosure of controlled products, technical data, or services to any foreign person or foreign entity, whether inside or outside the United States, may require prior authorization from the U.S. Government. Unauthorized export or transfer may result in severe civil and criminal penalties.

Umbra Industries LLC will not participate in, assist with, or knowingly facilitate any unlawful export, re-export, transfer, or diversion of controlled products.

By completing your order, you agree that:

• You are a U.S. Person as defined under applicable export control laws.

• You are responsible for complying with all applicable ITAR, EAR, OFAC, and other U.S. regulations.
